The innovated combination of traditional EAS tag and RFID with laser printing

Traditional EAS tags are widely used in retail loss prevention/anti-theft for many years, with the unique function to act as protection guard for most of the hypermarket, supermarket, textile stores, outlet and so on. Due to the progress of the time and social requirements, RFID as a new technology is becoming more and more popular. RFID is well known in logistics, manamgement of inventory, retails, foods, parking and so on. Its application range is so big and it’s near us everywhere.

And since RFID can be used in retails management, most of the stores are using EAS security tags and RFID tags together for anti-theft and product management. Under this situation, some of the stores put forward to an idea: how about combine these two tags together? Not only can simplify the non-commercial products, but also can save cost! Why not?!

And then another question is that, what if we want to have barcode consistent with RFID data? Or what if we want to have permanently print a barcode on tags for scanning?

So here comes the EAS and RFID combination tag with laser printing!

TrustTag as a professional manufacturer in EAS field, now positively comform to the requirements of the time and needs of our customers by devoting into the production of EAS and RFID combination tags. Our RFID laser printing machine combines the function of reading, writing RFID data, laser printing, high speed auto-testing and auto-eliminating defective tags with very fast speed and good accuracy.

The laser printing we can do, for example, to print barcode on the tag. The data of the barcode is consistent with the data in RFID inlays. Or if you want to print like company logo or any other images, it’s also ok too!

Customers don’t need to worry about putting two seperate tags on commodities and pay extra cost for manual printing, With this solution, they can increase retail sales while reducing cost. With only one tag they can solve all the problems!
